If accepted for membership, the Applicant agrees to comply with CANS Bylaws, Memorandum and Code of Practice, to subscribe to the Objects of the Association and be bound by the CANS Membership Services Agreement copies of which the Applicant acknowledges receipt. The Applicant agrees that CANS may accept the enclosed membership fee and provide services pending determination of this membership application by the CANS Board of Directors without obligation of CANS to accept this application for membership. If denied membership a full refund will be promptly issued.
