Integrated Project Delivery Workshop
Integrated Project Delivery seeks efficiency and involvement of all participants across all phases of design & construction
The Province of Nova Scotia will be delivering the Clayton Park School project utilizing an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model. To assist interested proponents in preparing for a potential submission, the Province will be hosting an introductory session to provide an overview of IPD.
IPD 101: this workshop is an introduction and overview to IPD that will familiarize participants to the IPD team structure, high-level principles around incentivization, and the key tools and processes that make this method of delivery powerful.
