The CANS Emerging Leaders group is dedicated to fostering meaningful, inclusive opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders. The group aims to create a supportive environment where young professionals can develop their skills, broaden their networks, and make a positive impact on both the construction industry and the wider community. Attendees of the Emerging Leaders events are under 40 and work for member companies.
CANS Emerging Leaders hosts a variety of annual events designed to encourage connection, collaboration and professional growth, including:
