What an incredible evening! The CANS Emerging Leaders Networking Night, held on Wednesday, November 20, at Garrison’s Seaport Brewery, was a tremendous success. With over 125 guests in attendance, this sold-out event highlighted the strength and enthusiasm of the next generation of construction leaders.
A special thank you to Papa Mario’s for the delicious pizza and outstanding service—it was a hit with everyone! We also want to extend our gratitude to the Garrison Brewing team for hosting us in their fantastic venue and ensuring everything ran seamlessly.

50/50 Draw for Adsum House
Congratulations to the winner of our 50/50 draw in support of Adsum for Women and Children. After record ticket sales, Carrie Gilbert, Lindsay Construction, was our evenings winner. The funds raised will support Adsum for Women and Children, an organization dedicated to helping those in need. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets—your generosity makes a real difference.

Who are CANS Emerging Leaders Group?
The Construction Association of Nova Scotia (CANS) Emerging Leaders Group is dedicated to fostering valuable and inclusive opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders. Formed in September 2001, this group aims to engage younger members of the CANS community by encouraging their active participation and professional development.
