Thank You for Attending CANS 2025 Arrow Construction Products Spring Fling

There’s no better way to spend a sunny spring day than reconnecting with colleagues over a round on a world-class golf course followed by a great meal and entertainment. We had a blast doing so at CANS 2025 Arrow Construction Products Spring Fling on Thursday, May 22, 2025!

Demand for Spring Fling was high! Our golf tournament sold out quickly — over 200 attendees registered for both the golf tournament and evening reception! Thank you to our hosts, The Lakes at Ben Eoin Golf Club and the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre, and their hardworking staff for their support.

We were pleased to have esteemed guests and speakers at our reception, including David Meuse (Membertou Trade & Convention Centre) and Mayor Cecil Clarke (CBRM), as well as our emcee, Ciarán Hehir (Arrow Construction Products), and Trent Soholt (Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council) who provided a provincial funding update.

Following presentations, our attendees were treated to a double bill of entertainment, a Spring Fling first! Comedian Patrick Ledwell shared his brand of sharp-witted comedy and Cape Breton’s own Andrew Doyle sang us off into the night with his impressive double-necked guitar.

Congratulations to our Tournament Winners

Conditions were perfect for our morning’s sold-out golf tournament at The Lakes at Ben Eoin Golf Club! We had 33 teams competing this year.

Congratulations to our tournament champions, Able Electric 2016 Limited who took home first place! As well as an honourable mention to our runner’s up, Northern Contracting Limited.
