New CCA and CCDC documents published
This June, the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) published new documents.
Below, you’ll find key updates, including additional order form changes, along with important timelines to consider and share with your document order staff.

June 23, 2025
Document outlets can pre-order copyright seals for the following new documents:
- CCA 19 – 2025 ‘Stipulated Price Sub-subcontract’
- CCDC 5A – 2025 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services’
- CCDC 5B – 2025 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction’ CCDC 17 – 2025 ‘Stipulated Price Contract for Trade Contractors on Construction
- Management Projects’
- CCDC 30 – 2025 ‘Integrated Project Delivery Contract’
- CCDC 30-G – 2025 ‘Guide to the CCDC 30 Integrated Project Delivery Contract’
All documents will only be available in electronic format.
June 30, 2025:
- New documents will be published, and registration numbers will be available to order.
- Hardcopy complete sets (CCDC and CCA) will only be available in electronic format.
- CCDC 48 – 2002 ‘A Guide to the Use of CCDC 18 – 2001’ will be discontinued.
June 30, 2026
Following a one-year transition period, the following documents will no longer be available for download, and their accompanying copyright seals will no longer be available for purchase:
- CCA 19 – 2011 ‘Stipulated Price Sub-subcontract’
- CCDC 5A – 2010 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services’
- CCDC 5B – 2010 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction’ CCDC 17 – 2010 ‘Stipulated Price Contract for Trade Contractors on Construction Management Projects’
- CCDC 30 – 2018 ‘Integrated Project Delivery Contract’
- CCDC 45 – 2011 ‘A Guide to CCDC 5A Construction Management Contract – for Services’
- CCDC 47 – 2011 ‘A Guide to CCDC 17 Stipulated Price Contract between Owner and Trade Contractor for Construction Management Projects’
