CANS is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Building Futures for Youth Program Lead. 

The BFY Program Lead is the key driver behind the successful delivery of the BFY program. This role oversees the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of the program in collaboration with key partners. With an eye on long-term impact, this role also supports the development of a growing alumni network, helping to foster mentorship opportunities and connections to formal apprenticeship pathways. The BFY Program Lead acts as a program ambassador, representing BFY at school visits, events, and career fairs.
