About the Project:
The Housing Trust recently purchased five apartment buildings in the urban core that contain 295 apartments. The buildings were constructed in the late 1960s and require substantial renovation, including new roofs, windows and exterior cladding, plumbing and electrical upgrades, lobby and hallway improvements and selected kitchen and bathroom upgrades. The Housing Trust plans to complete work estimated at $15M over the next three years. It also plans to acquire additional multifamily assets.
