About the project:
This 10-unit apartment building in Georgetown will be located on Kent Street and is intended for family or seniors’ housing programs. The project is part of the provincial government’s plan to add at least 1,200 affordable housing units. As of June 4, construction was expected to begin this summer and is to be completed by late spring 2022.
