Emerging Leaders

Constructing valuable and inclusive opportunities for developing industry leaders.

The CANS Emerging Leaders group is dedicated to fostering meaningful, inclusive opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders. The group aims to create a supportive environment where young professionals can develop their skills, broaden their networks, and make a positive impact on both the construction industry and the wider community. Attendees of the Emerging Leaders events are under 40 and work for member companies.

CANS Emerging Leaders hosts a variety of annual events designed to encourage connection, collaboration and professional growth, including:

  • Networking Night (Fall)
  • Speaker Series (Winter)
  • Curling Bonspiel (Spring)
  • Meet & Greet on the Harbour (Summer)
  • Golf Tournament (Summer)
