CANS is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Manager, Education & Training. This role is responsible for the strategic growth, planning, and delivery of CANS’ Education & Training Development Program, providing relevant and cost-effective professional development opportunities that support the evolving needs of the construction industry.

As Manager, Education & Training, you will oversee program development, budgeting, business development, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership. Working closely with members, training partners, and industry stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational programming while advancing organizational and industry goals.

Budget management, program planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership will be a significant part of this position.
