Nova Scotia Industry Workforce Insight Survey
The Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council, in collaboration with 13 other Sector Councils in Nova Scotia (together, the Association of Industry Sector Councils, “AISC”), has developed a survey to better understand the challenges employers like you are facing today.
This survey has been developed to better understand the challenges employers like you are facing and to quantify key Labour Market Information (“LMI”) indicators for your sector, specifically issues surrounding attracting, retaining, and training employees. We know your time is in demand, however, by completing this survey you are helping to provide a robust understanding of the current state of the Nova Scotia workforce.
