Cancellation Notice: CANS 2021 Spring Fling

*The following information was sent via email to CANS members on April 26, 2021.

April 26, 2021 — We wanted to advise you that we have made the difficult decision to cancel our next in-person event, CANS 2021 Spring Fling.

The safety of our members and event participants is of the utmost importance. While we want to celebrate a booming construction season, reconnecting in-person with our members across the province is not possible at this time. We look forward to joining you in Cape Breton in 2022.

We are thankful that our province and industry continue to act responsibly, working together to bring down case numbers. We will continue to monitor and evaluate our operational activities. Currently, all other CANS programs, events, operations and education will proceed as planned. As this situation continues to evolve, we will update you on any changes in our planned activities.

If you have already registered for this event, CANS staff will be in touch shortly with the next steps.

Despite this turn of events, we would like to thank the sponsors of CANS 2021 Spring Fling for their continued investment in our industry.
