Nominations for CANS Emerging Leaders Committee

Are you new to the construction industry, your organization, or your current role — and looking to expand your professional network?
The CANS Emerging Leaders Committee is seeking individuals who are:
- Employed by a CANS member company in good standing
- Aged 40 years or under
- Motivated to build connections and deepen their understanding of the industry
- Committed to actively participating in six committee meetings each year
- Willing to offer hands-on support at Emerging Leaders events throughout the year
- Ready to bring a fresh, objective perspective with the best interests of the industry in mind
- Collaborative, action-oriented, and eager to lead by example

Timeline
- Submissions open: August 17
- Submission deadline: August 31
- Judging period: September 1 – 8
The successful applicant(s) will be notified of the outcome in September 2026. The committee will be announced at CANS AGM on September 16.
