Nominations for CANS Emerging Leaders Committee

Are you new to the construction industry, your organization, or your current role — and looking to expand your professional network?

The CANS Emerging Leaders Committee is seeking individuals who are:

  • Employed by a CANS member company in good standing
  • Aged 40 years or under
  • Motivated to build connections and deepen their understanding of the industry
  • Committed to actively participating in six committee meetings each year
  • Willing to offer hands-on support at Emerging Leaders events throughout the year
  • Ready to bring a fresh, objective perspective with the best interests of the industry in mind
  • Collaborative, action-oriented, and eager to lead by example

Timeline

  • Submissions open: July 17
  • Submission deadline: August 7
  • Judging period: August 12 – 22

Applicants will be notified of the outcome in August 2025. The new committee members will be presented at CANS Emerging Leaders Golf Tournament on September 5.
