Nova Scotia’s housing starts (seasonally adjusted annualized rate) totalled 4,908 units in October 2024. This was a 7.6% increase from the previous month’s revised value.
Nova Scotia’s total building permits (residential and non-residential) increased by 21.6% to $276.0 million in September 2024.
