Submit your job postings for upcoming workforce recruitment missions!
The construction industry has identified a critical need for support in filling skilled labour and management positions. In response, the Nova Scotia Construction Immigration Coalition and the Nova Scotia Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration are leading a recruitment mission to Mexico City from November 5-10, 2025, aimed at connecting employers with qualified international construction professionals.
Send Us Your Job Postings
We are inviting employers to share the trades they are currently recruiting for or links to active construction job openings. By participating, you’ll gain direct access to qualified candidates, save time in the hiring process, and receive support from a licensed International Recruiter who can answer immigration questions and assist with ongoing application needs at no cost to you or the candidates. This makes it easier to connect with skilled construction professionals, streamline hiring, and strengthen your workforce for the projects ahead.
As part of our recruitment mission to Mexico, we’re making it easier than ever for construction employers to find the right talent using VidCruiter. VidCruiter will help employers make fair, informed hiring decisions and quickly identify the best candidates. The process can handle high volumes of applicants and connect Nova Scotia employers with talent beyond local borders.
Why participate?
Employers who participate will:
- Save time in the hiring process
- Receive support with immigration applications
- Gain access to qualified candidates through VidCruiter’s streamlined platform
If you’d like your job openings shared with candidates, please send postings to Ritika Sharma by Wednesday, October 29th.
