HRM Quality Management Plan (QMP) – Cold Weather / Permanent Reinstatement
Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) issued the following memo on April 7, 2022.
“Please note that permanent reinstatement will be permitted on HRM projects (e.g., streets, sidewalks, curbs) beginning Monday April 11, 2022. However, given the current temperature trend, the HRM Quality Management Plan for cold weather will remain in effect until further notice.
“HRM will continue to monitor the weather forecast and will provide an update once temperatures improve.”
