HRM Quality Management Plan (QMP) – Permanent Reinstatement April 1, 2024
Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) issued the following memo on March 19 2024.
“Please note that permanent reinstatement will be permitted on HRM projects (e.g., streets, sidewalks, curbs) beginning Monday, April 1st, 2024. However, given the current temperature trend, the HRM Quality Management Plan for cold weather will remain in effect until further notice.
“HRM will continue to monitor the weather forecast and will provide an update once temperatures improve.”
