Meet Your CANS Team – Kaitlyn Bennett

Meet Your CANS Team!

It’s been a while since many of you have seen CANS staff in-person. With the way of the world continuing remotely, we thought it would be a great time to (re)introduce CANS team to our members on the digital front! This week, get to know…

Get to Know Kaitlyn

Q&A

What do you like about working at CANS?

I really like how everyone here is part of a bigger picture!  We all value and are motivated towards the goals that the organization has put forth – we are all collectively as driven for quality services and results.  and I like the importance of relationship building with our members and the hard work that goes into meeting the expectations that we have set for ourselves for our members.  I also enjoy that mostly all our departments work with one another.

What is your favourite part of your workday?

I enjoy connecting with other staff in the office and learning about what projects everyone has on the go, I find this really instills the collectiveness of our work environment.

What sets CANS apart from your past jobs?

The people who work at CANS, and the collective goals that we all work towards daily hands down sets CANS apart.  It is hard to find a place of work where every single person is dedicated to reaching goals and client/member satisfaction.

Some of Kaitlyn’s hobbies:

  • Hikes and scenic walks when the weather permits
  • Day-trips
  • Cottage weekends
  • Camping
  • Spending quality time with friends and family

You might have met Kaitlyn in-person at:

  • CANS Education (Seminars, courses etc.)
  • CANS Holiday Open Houses

Did you Know?

Kaitlyn has lived in more than 25 homes throughout her life (she grew up in the industry as the daughter of a contractor!)
