US Construction Spending, June 2021
Month over Month Highlights —
- US construction spending increased 0.1% month-over-month from the revised May estimate of $1,551 billion to $1,552 billion in June. Total residential construction increased 1.1% to $772 billion while total non-residential construction spending was down 0.9% to $780 billion.
- Private sector construction increased 0.4% to $1,215 billion. Public sector construction declined 1.2% to $337 billion.
